  • Select the session you would like to attend by placing a check mark in the appropriate box.
  • You are permitted to choose one session per time slot.
  • Click on the title of each session to view the abstract, objectives, presenters, moderators, and sessions that require an additional fee.
  • You must click the "Record Registration" to save your selections and/or changes.
  • You may change your schedule up to July 6th at 7:00 p.m. (EST).
  • Attendees will receive their registration packets including name badges onsite at Conference Registration.
