As a conference participant you will be afforded a preferred guest room rate of $72.50 per night, plus 10.5% sales tax, single or double occupancy. You may choose to reserve a Junior Suite at the rate of $139.00 per night, or a Casita Suite at the rate of $169.00 per night.
The El Conquistador stretches over 500 acres in the Tucson foothills and under the sheer granite cliffs of Pusch Ridge. Once you arrive, it becomes obvious that you are somewhere unique. With intimate paths and surroundings, walking to your guest room, suite or casita resembles a stroll through your own private resort. Check In/Out Times
Hotel check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Desk can arrange to check luggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

In order to secure the ECR 2005 conference participant preferred room rate, you will need to confirm your reservation with the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort before 11:55 p.m. on May 1, 2005. All rooms and preferred group rates are available on a first-come, first served basis for a limited block. We encourage you to book early to secure accommodations at the conference rate.
